Jean Seberg

“. Her tomboy short blond cut was the epitome of 60s’ Twiggy look. Ms. Seberg was active in the civil rights movement during that period and was a target of FBI surveillance. In 1979 she went missing one day, and was found dead 11 days later in a car in Paris. The cause of death was a massive dose of barbiturates and alcohol. She was only 40. It came from the film “J’eanne d’arc” by Otto Preminger, not long before “Bonjour tristesse” (1958). “À bout de souffle” (“breathless”) came after “Bonjour tristesse” with that “Tomboy” Jranne d’arc hairdo.

The song is, I think by Gene Chandler who also sang ‘The Duke of Earl’. Innocence lost and a waste of a wonderful talent who died too soon.

The Women was a true artist/Humanitarian. She sacrificed her career for opressed people. I have a few words to describe her. GUTS and HONESTY.

I am not gonna compare her to todays actors, but she is a Classy Beautiful Women, who never was truely recognized for her contributions.
