I take 3mg of klonopin daily, Xanax I was on, it was bars 2mg before, I took 2 a day, I do know Xanax is good for panic, i believe Klonopin and Xanax are TOO good, Valium is ok, if you want to sleep, but just don’t get hooked, too late for me, I’ have been on Benzos for years.

@Febuki well i took 4 2mgs pills and i fucked a girl, smoke a ounce, and passed out on my GF bedroom floor so yea man they will fuck u up and are very dangerous

Problem with Xanax and other Benzos is that they really do work. They do exactly what they’re supposed to do and they do it well. Very easy to become dependant on Xanax, Valium, Ativan, etc. in our Fast Paced and stressful society. Be Careful! Never use too much or take more than 3 or 4 days in a week. If you take DAILY you will “need” DAILY. Problem is, Benzos work TOO well…

thats how i started 1st time 1 2mg bar 2nd time 1 n a half after that i totally lost it n was taken up 2 5 bars a day but never got hooked i am now getting the .5mg for my anxiety n it works great takes away the anxiety n im not droolin on my self or slurring words but if your dr. isnt givin em 2 u please dont take em not everybody is like me n they do get hooked i lost sum friends to xanax so u should really think wuts better bein high 4 1 nite n possibly dying or living???please dont over doit

You make some great points. I take Klonopin daily for my GAD & insomnia. It is a longer lasting benzo with a slower onset. However, when I do experience a severe panic attack or I find that I cannot sleep, Xanax is a miracle drug! Xanax is fast acting & quite effective. People must be educated & responsible when taking any medication. Xanax, as well as opiate pain meds have been demonized by the media, causing doctors to be reluctant to prescribe medications for those of us that need it.

Xanax is a miracle drug if NOT abused! A single Xanax will calm a panic attack and allow you to calm down and even sleep. Great for PTSD. Just NEVER take more than 1 at any single time and NEVER take more than 3 days in a row. If you follow those simple “rules” you will not become dependant, or built an increased tolerance. Never, ever “party” with Xanax. It’s far more dangerous than you can imagine and a nightmare to kick if you become dependant on them.

your actually almost correct in everyting you say ,,,, Benzos have a super low toxicity when taken alone,, its when they are mixed with other CNS depressants(INCLUDING ALCOHOL) that u get that symptom of dropping dead
……benzos and booze work on the central nervous system in almost the same way ,,,,

ANYTHING can be the devil if abused. That is why medication should be used with consultation of a Doctor. I got myself into trouble the hard way….. by not having a legal prescription. I did not get in trouble with the law but ended up in the ER due to withdrawl. If anything, “xanax withdrawl” is the devil. I wouldn’t wish it on a Canine.
