Upfront, I find MADD to be a suspect group. Can they see a gay when they will have reached a goal? No. So they will continue to change to stay alive. But that’s neither here nor there.
One problem with the 21 law is that this MADD woman and the others keep referring to “parents” and “teenagers”. Eighteen year olds are not the legal responsibility of their parents, many don’t even live at home. So you have this gap.
I also have no doubt that MADD will push for ever lower BAC limits.

21 drinking age? How do they want a 21 drinking age when at 18 your officially an adult responsible for all your actions and mature enough to join the military and get your head blown of?

i agree VERY powerful and inspiring ,Hi im in R.O.T.C at mcneil High school and we are creating a movie on alcohol and perscription pills abuse, i would love help on this suject and if you can plz contact me….we are targeting freshmen in highschool and we are helping with a drug abuse program so any facts, videos and/or documentaries would be a major help, TY!!! i apologize if this has been posted twice.
