there would be to much money loss for them to leave heart meds out of the picture. as for being suspect, any company’s actions could be seen as suspect no matter how good they are, but companies do sometimes do good just for doing good. with the econemy the way it is and so many people losing jobs and medical, this could be just good will, though this may help them out when the economy picks up a bit.

Yes, I’m aware about the accidental discovery of the effects of Viagra, but since they discovered the massive financial windfall of it, I bet they pretty much left the heart med research far behind.
Some companies do give back, but I find the phamaceutical companies suspect in their motives, especially at this time. They’ve taken away much more than their giving back and bottom line, it’s a company. If it doesn’t make dollars, it doesn’t make sense.

viagra was first used as a heart medication, the um, other usage wasn’t found out till later.
as for why their doing it, it is possible they are doing it out of the goodness of their heart.some companies do do that.

Although some locals got convicted for the fall 1970 “terrorist” bombing in Madison; Guess who else was there. Ans: The CA GOV and GOP VP who got summer school degrees before the event. It’s public record. But what are the chances? If there’s a pattern chances are good, otherwise unbelievably slim times incredibly slim. Shalala was likely complicit. There needs to be a class-action suit filed against Pfizer on behalf of all the women in America who are being subjected to men – who have used it and lost it – chasing us around bedrooms asking, “What would you do for a Klondike bar?!”
Seriously, Viagra? Haven’t they done enough?! Sounds to me like their trying to buy favor with the American public as health care reform is going to impact their pocketbook hard (no pun intended).
