This is the one that started it all! The very FIRST PSA that I did for Hallandale High’s own WCIA-TV back in 1999 (hence the title). It was a two minute anti-drug PSA done in the theme of a sports show. I played Skip Barker as well as did the commentary during the actual “game”, which I also did the camera work on.
