This video was shot while I was tagging along for a mixing session for the song ‘The Perfect Crime’ on the ‘Bill & Ted’s Bogus Adventure’ soundtrack. I have a small cameo appearance when Billy takes the camera… I was about 14 or 15, maybe?

This is great little insight of what goes on behind the scenes especially from a band I admire so much. I just saw them play last night in Sydney, and it was amazing to see them again. And Billy is an awesome bass player.
faith no more is one of the few bands i grew up with and really admire, im happy that they’ve reunited, i just wish jim martin would come back, and dude please please tell your bro to come to asia. im from manila and i dont care where in asia they play i will fly to get there.
Hi Gouldy, thaks for the really interesting post. It must have been so cool hanging with the band when you were a kid. Have you seen any of their shows since they’ve reunited? I’m with the other aussie below, force your bro and co to come aus. They’re my fav band of all time. I would give a my right arm to see them. One last question, was Mike P a nice dude cos he’s my fav musician of all time and I’m curious. Cheers. – Andy
Great video!!! Ive been a FNM worshipper since the very beggining. You know what? Billy should have been the new bassist for metallica… I can imagine him playing Battery!!! But then again I think Billy is too good for being on metallica. Have a good day and greetings from Lima, Peru!!
Wow – what a rarity with this vid! Thanks for posting! I was almost exactly your age in this video at that time when I “discovered” FNM. Blew my early teenage mind! Had no idea that music like that even existed! I didn’t even realize that Billy was your brother until after watching. Very, very cool.
Ian – You likely already know this but they are headlining the Download Festival, UK. As for Jim -he was always cool with me (then again, I wasn’t in a band with him )
hi gouldy , was jim hard to get along with ? and i don’t suppose you know if the lads are doing any other shows in the uk . god i love you tube . i could never imagine to see all the fnm shows i went on here .
Cheers Ian ,

Ha ha, very cool. I was 14 in 1991, playing FNM’s music on my alt rock radio program, at a public radio station in AK. That brings back some memories.

Well, it seems like the tour grows (potential) legs every week. I wouldn’t rule anything out!
March 14th, 2010 at 6:35 am
hey Gould any chance of asking your brother to bring FNM to Australia for one last tour?
I will pay at least $200 for a ticket if they do
