Question by Rochelle: What are some healthy foods I can binge on without worrying about gaining weight?
I have a huge appetite and I am always hungry, especially about an hour after I eat lunch. My regular eating schedule is breakfast at 7:30, snack at 10:30, lunch at 11:30, snack at 3:30, an apple before the gym at 6:00 & dinner at 8:00 or so. And I eat healthy & work out 5-7 times a week. I just want a snack that I can binge on during the day at work & not worry about to much fat, calories or bad carbs. Any ideas?

I really like Cheddar Flavour Rice Thins crackers, I think they are 60 calories per serving.

    My favorite “good” snack is crunchy, sour granny smith apples. Have you been checked for an overactive thyroid?

    I would go for high-fiber cereal. They fill you up, are good for you and many don’t add a lot of calories.
