I know a guy who can’t drive for 90 days and has to go to court…..there’s a fine too and it may be extended to a year. just needed some more information (what should be expected?)

Minding your own business in your home. Refuse to test for being under the influence and not while driving ? Under the influence of a controlled substance and not driving. how can they prove it. Have not had a drink in 15 years.
